Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Ha-Wahyeon Guest House & Suites. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by them during your stay.
1) Reservation & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Prices may vary depending on season, holidays, and number of guests.
- Discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
2) Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
- 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

3) Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and may incur additional charges.
4) House Rules
- No smoking indoors.
- No pets allowed without prior approval.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 7:00 AM
- Please keep the property clean and treat it with care.
5) Damages & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- The guesthouse is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
6) Maximum Occupancy
- Each unit has a designated maximum occupancy.
- Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. Additional charges may apply.
7) Use of Facilities
- Guests have access to designated guest areas including BBQ facilities, kitchen, and living spaces.
- Please clean up after use and respect other guests.
8) Parking
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Please park in designated areas only.
9) Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).
10) Agreement
- By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
