• Pets: 2 small, house-trained pets allowed. An extra fee of KRW 25 000 per stay applies. Please clean up after them and don't leave them alone at home. For the sake of neighbors and other guests prevent excessive barking.
• Fireworks: Only on the beach, not from the house.
• Noise: Keep it quiet after 11 PM, use interior or beach for late-night fun.
• Sand: Wash feet & remove shoes before entering, avoid rinsing sand down drains to prevent clogging.
• Free Parking: Please see parking section in the Guest Guide we send after booking confirmation.
• Trash: Separate into 4 bins: recyclables, food, normal trash, glass bottles.
• Cleaning: Leave tidy, dishes done, trash recycled & categorized.
• Checkout: Turn off all lights & appliances.
